  • Face swaps - any face replacement without explicit consent
  • Deepfakes - fake videos of real people
  • Using real persons' likeness without explicit consent
  • Political manipulation content
  • Impersonation without consent
  • Election misinformation
  • Fraud or scam materials

🛡️ AI CONTENT FILTERING & MODERATION

We employ AI-powered content filtering systems that:

  • Automatically screen all text prompts and uploaded images
  • Block requests that violate our content policies
  • Flag accounts that attempt to circumvent safety measures
  • Report illegal content to appropriate authorities
  • Retain data for security and legal compliance (up to 90 days)

By using this Service, you agree that your content may be scanned, filtered, and blocked by our AI moderation systems. Attempts to bypass these systems will result in immediate account termination.

4.2 Privacy and Rights Violations

  • NO Unauthorized Use of Likeness: Using photos, videos, faces, or likenesses of individuals without their explicit written consent to generate AI content
  • NO Face Swaps Without Consent: Any face replacement or manipulation requires explicit written consent from all persons involved
  • NO Harassment: Creating content that harasses, bullies, or targets individuals
  • NO Revenge Content: Creating intimate or private content without consent

4.3 Illegal and Harmful Content

  • NO Illegal Content: Content that violates any applicable law or regulation
  • NO Harmful Content: Content that promotes violence, self-harm, terrorism, or illegal acts
  • NO Child Exploitation: Any content depicting minors in inappropriate situations (zero tolerance)
  • NO Adult Content: Sexually explicit, pornographic, or fetish content

4.4 Intellectual Property Violations

  • Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit the Service

7. Paid Services and Refunds

All payments are processed securely by Paddle, our authorized payment reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, tax collection, and compliance. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms.

7.2 Refund Policy

8. Privacy and Data
