2. Strictly Prohibited Uses

The following uses of our AI technology are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate enforcement action, including account termination.

2.1 Deepfakes, Face Swaps, and Synthetic Media

ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY - PROHIBITED WITHOUT EXCEPTION

Prohibited: generating deepfakes, face swaps, or any content using real persons' likeness without explicit consent

You MUST NOT use our Service to:

  • Generate deepfakes - videos depicting real people saying or doing things they never said or did
  • Create face swaps - replacing or swapping faces in videos without explicit consent from ALL individuals depicted
  • Use real persons' likeness - any content using real people's images, faces, or likenesses without their explicit written consent
  • Generate synthetic media of politicians, government officials, or public figures
  • Create fake news, propaganda, or disinformation campaigns
  • Produce content that could be used for social engineering, scams, or fraud
  • Generate compromising, embarrassing, or damaging content about individuals
  • Create romantic, sexual, or intimate content featuring real people without explicit written consent

Examples of Prohibited Deepfake Uses:

  • Making a celebrity appear to endorse a product they never endorsed
  • Creating a video of a politician saying something they never said
  • Generating intimate content of an ex-partner
  • Creating fake evidence or documentation

2.2 Unauthorized Use of Person's Likeness

ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY - EXPLICIT CONSENT REQUIRED

ANY use of a real person's likeness, face, or image requires their explicit written consent

This includes but is not limited to: face swaps, deepfakes, image animation, video generation, and any AI effects applied to images of people.

You MUST NOT:

  • Use photos, videos, or likenesses of individuals without their explicit written consent to generate AI content
  • Upload images of people from social media, websites, or other sources without consent
  • Create content featuring friends, family members, colleagues, or acquaintances without their explicit permission
  • Use stock photos or images of people to create misleading or harmful content
  • Perform face swaps or face replacement without explicit consent from ALL persons involved

Exception: You may only use images you have created yourself, stock photos with appropriate commercial licenses for AI use, or images where you have obtained explicit written consent from the depicted individuals.

2.3 Child Safety (ZERO TOLERANCE)

ANY VIOLATION WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE REPORTING TO AUTHORITIES

You MUST NOT:

  • Upload images of minors (anyone under 18) for any AI effects or video generation
  • Generate content depicting minors in inappropriate, sexual, or harmful situations
  • Create content that could be used to groom, exploit, or harm minors
  • Generate any content involving child sexual abuse material (CSAM) - this will be immediately reported to NCMEC and law enforcement

2.4 Harassment and Bullying

You MUST NOT:

  • Create content to harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate individuals
  • Generate revenge porn or non-consensual intimate content
  • Produce content targeting individuals for abuse or humiliation
  • Create content that reveals private or sensitive information about individuals

2.5 Hate Speech and Discrimination

You MUST NOT:

  • Generate content promoting violence, hatred, or discrimination against groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, age, disability, sexual orientation, or gender identity
  • Create content that glorifies hate groups, terrorists, or violent extremists
  • Produce symbols, imagery, or content associated with hate groups

2.6 Violence and Harm

You MUST NOT:

  • Generate content depicting realistic violence, gore, or torture
  • Create content promoting or instructing on self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders
  • Produce content encouraging illegal activities or dangerous behavior
  • Create content depicting sexual violence or non-consensual sexual content

2.7 Sexual Content

You MUST NOT:

  • Generate sexually explicit, pornographic, or fetish content
  • Create content involving sexual acts or sexualized nudity
  • Produce content sexualizing minors or minors in suggestive situations

2.8 Illegal Activities

You MUST NOT:

  • Use our Service to facilitate any illegal activity
  • Generate content for fraud, scams, or phishing
  • Create fake documents, identification, or evidence
  • Produce content that violates any applicable law or regulation

2.9 Intellectual Property Violations

You MUST NOT:

  • Generate content that copies or closely imitates copyrighted characters, logos, or brands without authorization
  • Create content that infringes on trademarks, patents, or trade secrets
  • Use our Service to create knockoff or counterfeit products

2.10 Political and Electoral Content

You MUST NOT:

3. Acceptable Uses

For all acceptable uses, you must:

  • Obtain necessary permissions for any people, places, or intellectual property depicted
  • Clearly label AI-generated content where appropriate
  • Comply with all applicable laws and platform terms

4. Content Attribution and Disclosure

When sharing AI-generated content publicly, we encourage transparency. Consider:

  • Labeling content as "AI-generated" where appropriate
  • Disclosing AI generation when content could be mistaken for reality

While our free tier generates videos without watermarks, users are responsible for ensuring their use of generated content complies with applicable laws and platform requirements regarding synthetic media disclosure.

The following violations will result in immediate permanent account terminationwithout warning:

  • Any content involving minors (CSAM, sexualization, exploitation)
  • Deepfakes created for harassment, revenge porn, or fraud
  • Terrorism, violent extremism, or hate group content
  • Content used for serious crimes or threats to public safety

7. Reporting Violations

If you believe someone is using our Service in violation of this AI Policy, please report it immediately.
